My husband and I had a great stay stay! The room (n° 110) was clean and roomy enough, furnished with closet with mirrors, chairs and a stool to put luggage on. Bed was comfortable, with crispy sheets, towels changed everyday, shower with pleasant how water (that is not to give for granted in london's hotels!),tea and coffee facilities and lcd tv. We even found two water bottles and biscuits at our arrival. As downside, maybe too hot, but it was possible to open the window and solve the problem easily ! Breakfast is delicious, with 4 kind of sweet pastries, cereals, yogurts, coffee, cappuccino, fruit juice, hard boiled eggs, bread and so on.

Sardinians packed like sardines...We stayed there two nights. When we arrived at about 14.30, our double deluxe wasn't ready yet, so we were given another room on the 3rd floor(208). It was a LILLIPUTIAN room with an extraordinarily low ceiling(about 220 cm high) and a small window (leaning out was impossible since the opening was too narrow)...we were tempted to leave the door open as it was very claustrophobic and on the first night we couldn't get much sleep! Wide angle photos make the room and shared areas more spacious and comfortable than they actually are. This is misleading and disappointing. The location is really lovely, central and quiet, the breakfast is ok (nothing special, though),the cleanliness is acceptable, but sorry next time we won't stay there again. I think we'll be able to find a better place for the same price. P.S. We couldn't find a lavatory brush in the toilet...

The rooms were nice and clean. a bit small, but that wasn't a major issue. The biggest problem was that there wasn't a heater in the bathroom and in Mid December it was freezing cold.

We arrived there at 12 but we knew we couldn't check in until 2. So we put our luggage in the luggage room which they give us the key. After that we paid and came back to check in. When we went to get our luggage, the luggage door was open - which i didnt feel was too secure. The room was EXCELLANT they are very modern, and spacious, the walls are a bit thin and could hear next door flushing loo etc! But the room was clean and nice. The breakfast was nice, they offered cereal, toast etc, only thing was that it was small and in the lobby where you check in, so anyone who was coming into the hotel had to walk past you eating. Overall the hotel was nice and kept clean - staff were nice, and in a great location, about 10 min walk from buckingham palace and victoria tube station just up the road. The staff were nice, and helpful. I will probably be staying there again if i goto london.

Our room was quite spacious but down in the basement and felt like a dungeon. There was no room at the breakfast area in the morning, so we had to go our for a walk before breakfast to wait for it to clear a bit.

The hotel was fine but we had the window open while we slept and in the morning the worst smell came into the room. We thought the hotel was on fire. Only it smelled worse. When we mentioned it to the clerk he just smiled and shrugged.
