Rooms need soundproofing. Breakfast poor. Smell of cooking throughout the hotel (even 5th floor!) from 6pm. Definately not a 4 star hotel. No hairdryer in room. No plug in bathroom for hairdryer. No mirror in bedroom. Hospital-like lighting and deco in room. Hard pillow. Tired paintwork in room. Annoying "alarm" noises in and outside of hotel throughout the night.

We have had a nice stay in that hotel. The room was clean and confortable , the price is correct . The restaurant offers good food for a very reasonnable price. The ambiance is rather quiet but it seems that soundproofing of partition walls between rooms should be better.

very noisy in the rooms. only cleaning was in the bathroom. very helpful and kind staff, however their english wasn´t good, resulting in quite some misunderstanding, or no understanding at all, better to ask at the tourist offices in town. announced as 4 star Hotel, more like 2 star incl. breakfast.

when we returned to our room one evening and the bathroom had not been stocked with any toilet paper so we called for some and they walked us downstairs many flights to the sisters and we were given 1 roll.After that we had to go ask for and walk stairs daily to get toilet paper. My sister was locked out of the Hotel for 1 1/2 hrs because the hotel locksdown from 10 pm to 6 am,This information is posted in Italian but not in english on the door. Your room card does not work to let you back in. She had walked out to put her daughter into a Cab and turned around to find herself locked out.She banged on the door for 1 1/2 hrs and almost froze before we found her. The warning about the lockdown should be posted in English
