The Palazzetta del Vescovo is a luxury and charming historical Residence, close to the wonderful town of Todi, located in a special place that allows panoramic views of the beautiful Umbrian countryside.
Inside two hectares of land, the luxury house is surrounded by olive groves and wine vineyards, with blooming gardens enchanted by Mediterranean scents.
A typical example of traditional architecture it is built with stone-faced walls and refined internally with handmade terra cotta and ceiling walnut wood beams.
The extreme attention to detail, the warm tones of colors, the antique furniture, the Montefalco linens used for decoration, the refined bed linens of satin, contribute to create a cozy and exclusive atmosphere for every room.
The nine rooms, two of which are suites, provide wide and at the same time intimate, refined, and informal spaces.
Among its features there is the infinity swimming pool situated in a unique position dominating the valley of Tevere, which provide our guests with a spectacular view and exceptional sensory impressions.

How to reach La Palazzetta del Vescovo Inn

By car
From North:
A1 Firenze-Roma (Valdichiana Exit), go on towards Perugia, merge on the E45 direction Rome until the Fratta Todina / Montecastello di Vibio Exit.
Continue on it for about 7 Km towards Fratta Todina
Pass the walls of Fratta Todina, turn left towards Spineta
After about 3 Km pass the center of Spineta, the Convent, after the vineyard turn right.

From Perugia:
On the E45 exit on Fratta Todina / Montecastello di Vibio.
Continue on it for about 7 Km towards Fratta Todina
Pass the walls of Fratta Todina, turn left towards Spineta

From South:
A1 Roma-Firenze (Orte Exit), go on along the highway conjunction Orte-Terni, exit on the interchange for the E45 Perugia-Cesena, go on until the Fratta Todina Exit / Montecastello di Vibio.
Continue on it for about 7 Km towards Fratta Todina

By train
By train from the North you can travel on the Firenze-Terontola-Perugia line, stopping at Ponte San Giovanni station and then reach Todi by the Ferrovia Centrale Umbra trains. Otherwise, if you are coming by train from the South, you can use the railway line Roma-Orte-Terni, then from Terni you can reach Todi by the Ferrovia Centrale Umbra trains

By airplane
