Stayed at Martin's for a city break in Edinburgh. A lovely guest house! I stayed in a rather small but nice and clean room including TV, radio, free tea and free wifi. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast (several options to choose from) is excellent! It's located a mile away from downtown, but if you don't feel like walking, there's a bus stop with frequent service right next to the property. I'll certainly come again on my next visit to Edinburgh!

Our stay at Martin's Guesthouse lived up to our expectations, beautiful house, bedrooms and superb views. What made our stay perfect was the outstanding service, we were made to feel very welcome and Denise (landlady) had the patience of a saint and nothing was too much trouble.
