This B&B was lovely-the people were very nice, the room was large, clean, quiet and very comfortable. It is a little way from downtown, but the buses are very easy to use and not too expensive (about $2 US per trip or $5 per day). The 100 bus from the airport gets you within a 5 minute walk to the Beverly. Nice little restaurant/bar at the Dunstane Hotel up the street. The Edinburgh Castle is a great tour, plan to spend half the day. Most pubs serve pretty good food, but someone under 18 may have more trouble finding a place to eat later at night as many pubs would not seat minors. Ghost tours are a little bit of quirky fun!

It was a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay. Tina was very nice and went out of the way to take care of us-i can't tell you what she did because then all the guests may start asking her for it, but suffice it to say it was above and beyond the call of duty and we appreciated it very much-LOL

Beverley was a really positive experience. A quiet hotel with very helpful hosts. Excellent breakfast. Centrally located, only three minutes walk to the nearest bus stop with direct connection to the center of Edinburgh. Should I visit Edinburgh again, I would probably choose Beverley as accommodation.

I don't know how many hotels are there in Edinburgh, but I really know who is the best one of all them. If ever return to this magic city, I stay only there.

We had a very warm welcome by the owners, Hutch and Judy. Room very confortable and pretty nice the breakfast room, with excellent service.Bus stop to centre town at three minutes walking, although the area is quite silent, green and safe.We would come back and advice to anyone this perfect accomodation solution.

Absolutely lovely stay. Watch out for breakfast! The buffet spread isn't all there is because Judy will come out and ask what else you'd like cooked. Very near a bus stop so no worries that it's not in the middle of the Royal Mile.
