This was our 2nd visit to The Bield so the Hosts are like friends and prepared to go 'the extra mile' eg provided us with a rug for the Fireworks.We all sit together for breakfast and we have had some enjoyable conversations with guests from other countries.

We loved staying at this B&B. We walked every day to Edinburgh city or you can get the bus from across the road. Very convenient location. Owners were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. We would stay again on our next visit. Thank you.

By carWe are less than 1 mile from the city centre. From the A90 (Queensferry Road) turn into Orchard Brae. Our house is situated on a small slip road just behind the bus stop in Orchard Brae.
By public transportation
