It is rare to find simple accomodation such as Villa Sigurata. The Owner was on hand to meet our party at the main gate into Dubrovnik and provided plenty of help with our bags(no transport is allowed inside the city walls). She arranged transport from the Airport, and again the next day to join our charter boat at the marina. The en suite rooms were small, but perfectly formed, with very good AC, and a good kitchen on every floor. The house was spotlessly clean. The location is in a very beautiful & quiet area, but only metres from several good restaurants, and miles of shops. Villa Sigurata is the perfect solution to a short or long stay in Dubrovnik Old Town.

Work and leasure. 2 days. Our room was close to a very busy outdoor bar area which made it noisy during the night. However, if you are out long anyway or have ear plugs, it's not a huge problem. Some other rooms are in a more quiet area of the city. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave as a lot of useful hints about where to go.
