Inn O'Donoghue's - Dublin

I checked the review on venere.com, and contacted o'Donaghues to request for the room on the upper floors. Carol was very nice and friendly, and reserved a room on the upper floor for me. She was also very supportive, as I ordered a camera lense on eBay, and she took care of the delivery. The GH has an excellent location - very close to all sights. Planning to stay there during my next visit to Dublin :-)

The location of O'Donoghue's is its most important feature, I think. It's just a minute's walk to St. Stephen's Green and 5-10 minutes to pedestrian shopping Grafton Street, Trinity College and the National Museum. The only caveat is that it's above a pub. If you're not an early sleeper, you're fine.

The people at O'Donohugh's were very friendly, and the facilities generally quite comfy. It would have been a very noisy place in the evening if I hadn't just stayed in the pub until closing time, since there was only a thin wooden floor between my bed and the pub's beer garden. Given that it was fine summer weather, the beer garden was very, very busy. On the other hand, it was handy to be able to just walk upstairs at closing time. Overall, I enjoyed my stay for the weekend, but was glad I'd already booked a quieter place for the work week.

Stile anglosassone della struttura e delle camere, per chi ama le guesthouse e nn i grandi hotel. Avevamo la stanza al terzo e ultimo piano(scale strette e ripide...tipiche!) e nn si sentiva il rumore del pub sottostante. Zona molto suggestiva,in centro. Di fronte c'è anche un comodo supermarket.
