Ok B&B, but not special. Cramped rooms. Cheap. Not so good neighborhood but certainly not bad. Staff ok but not special. On us leaving they made a huge mistake which influenced our last day in Dublin. They told us there is a left luggage dept on Hueston Station. So we took our heavy suitcase to the station and found out there ISN'T. So there we were, with a heavy suitcase, at the station, 4 hours before we had to take our train. Thanks Celtic Lodge!...

I stayed three nights in Dublin with my boyfriend and two other friends. The four of us loved the hotel. The irish breakfast is really good and enough. The room a little bit small but comfortable enough for a couple. The reception is 24 hours and they are willing to help you. They even sell tickets to the atractions and tours of the city. They have a free transportation from and to the airport. Excellent stay. We will definitely come back.

Very Expensive compared with present day web checks. The first room was very small and not suitable for two people. However a changed was organised with little fuss. Celtic Lodge didn't quite meet with the standard I was expecting. Pictures on the web do not match the rooms. The Europeon lady on reception appeared to have no personality and was quite curt in her manner

Good location, in the middle of city, for a quick visit in Dublin: to get to shops, pubs and walk around the city. Nice staff - as always the people qualities are best in Dublin - a nice and affordable accomodation.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect for sightseeing on foot. Breakfast was exceptional. Our favorite B&B in Europe. Would certainly stay there again!

The only negative comment I have is that the bathrooms are very cramped but we managed. Other than that the rooms were clean and comfortable. The surronding area is great - it is within walking distance to museums and shopping. Right next door was a great french restaurant. And beside that was a fabulous Irish pub with live music every night. The staff were very helpful in finding out information on attractions we wanted to see and how to get around on the bus system - this was much appreciated. Overall we had a wonderful stay in Dublin.

We found this hotel to be friendly, clean and an excellent location for our stay in Dublin. They had pick-up from the airport, a wonderful restaurant next door as well as a pub. The room was small but efficient and all we needed. We stayed 5 nights at the Celtic Lodge. It does not have an elevator so if stairs are a problem ask for a room on the 1st level which is actually one floor up.

Very nice hotel in a very well situated area (near the O'connell street, the biggest of Dublin) Good Irish breakfast included in the price. A bit noisy if the room is on the street.

Per i prezzi di Dublino ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camera piccola ma carina e pulita, personale disponibile e zona comoda per gli spostamenti.

Very nice hotel, friendly and competent staff. We had a problem with the shower in our room: we were allowed to use another room for the shower (we really needed it) and the very next day the staff offered us another room, which was even bigger. Only one little problem: the new room faced the main street and was noisy, but we sleep hard and we didn't complain about this since the staff has been very helpful with us. No problems at all, we'll surely consider this hotel when we'll return to Dublin.

Perfect location and in general perfect stay. Just some meters away from O'Conell street and next to the bus station, where the bus connection to the airport is. Quiet, clean; huge breakfast. 100% recommended.

Right in the middle of Dublin. Just a short walk to O'Connell Street, Temple Bar and other major sights. The open top bus tour stop is close by. The pub next door is a traditional, down to earth pub thats right on your doorstep. The breakfast was a full fry-up. The staff are ever so friendly. The taxi from the airport was 20 Euro on the meter. Give this place a try.

Very convenient location close to the station and a short walk from the tourist spots. We were in a back room, so no traffic noise; the breakfast was reasonable and overall, the Celtic Lodge delivered what it promised and was good value for money.

The guesthouse is in a great location making it easy to find after a long day or night on the town. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms are small with just enough room to walk around the beds and the bathroom wasn't big enough to turn around in. That being said, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a pub downstairs and my room was right over it so I wore earplugs to bed. I spent two nights here so if you're looking for a clean and inexpensive place to lay your head this will do.
