Butlers is ideal base for Dublin. We had a four poster bed and great bathroom facilities. Loved the service of pot of tea or coffe whenever you required it either in room or drawing room. Good breakfast would stay again and recommend. Use the DART trian for getting into town not as we did walking each time.

Cecilia the Host is most charming and welcoming - A true Home from Home experience. We loved the supply of free teas & coffees on a tray anytime 24 hours! Ideal location in Dublin as it takes you away from the City centre (a mere 15 mins walk anyway) and allows you to relax in Ballsbridge, which is a very tranquil + pretty area in the SE. Very close to the newly renovated Lansdowne Road Stadium - pity there were no games being played there when we were around. Very close to the DART railway station as well. Most convenient for the Airport Shuttle bus and you can shop at the supermarket at the nearby D4 Hotel 24 hours! Some lovely eateries just a short walk from the B&B too. Highly recommended for a weekend break or short stay - the Breakfasts are sumptious! Thank You Cecilia from your friends in South Africa.

This is a great little hotel. A bit out of the centre so nice and quiet and a very welcoming place to stay in Dublin.
