Extrordinary friendly personal supported us whereever we asked for help. We liked the Victorianic atmosphere of the guesthouse. Although the Abrae Court is not far from the center it is very quiet, so we could sleep very well. Clean rooms and a really good breakfast made our stay perfect. We will allways return if we will stay in Dublin again. We can really recommend the B&B guest house.

Small rooms, no cleaning or even clean cups, can hear the next room sneeze! No water in the taps (wahed hands in the shower. We will never be back.

Stayed here one night with my husband for a weekend course we were attending nearby. We found it very good value - it's clean, pleasant, no-frills en-suite accommodation, situated in a good area of Dublin. The room was quiet, the temperature not too hot and the owners friendly and helpful. No hairdryer, but presumably available on request. It was a particularly cold January night and the option of an extra blanket would have been good, but most of the year you wouldn't need one. Breakfast was available on request but we'd brought our own. A nice (and unusual) touch was the little fridge you could keep your milk in. Didn't watch the TV. I see there is wifi on the premises - useful for your smartphone. We will definitely stay here again when we come on our course as it's great value compared to the local hotels. Free parking too. I would have rung Abrae Court to book but there's no contact number on their website! However, the Venere booking worked fine thanks.

This was a wonderful base for us during our stay in Dublin. There were a group of us there for work. It was so nice to go back to such a welcoming place - the staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms were spotless and affordable and the area is absolutely beautiful. Wonderful value for money. Will definitely be staying there any time i return to Dublin. Perfect for any kind of stay.

My husband & I were over for a 50th birthday spent with family, so we were only using the hotel mostly at night. It is situated in a nice quiet part of Dublin and our room was kept lovely and clean, so no complaints, however we did not use the dining facilities.

Very clean, great location, lovely rooms, excellent price, nice staff. Breakfast facilities were convenient although the Irish Breakfast (the cooked part) wasn't very big, the dining room is quite small, and there was not enough staff (although the staff did work very hard). All in all we’d defiantly come back and stay at Abrae Court, set in a beautiful location just outside the city. The local pubs and restaurants are very good and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and everything you need is in your room.
