In case of no show, you will be charge with a 100% of the total amount of your reservation. For departures earlier than the booked departure date, you wil be charged with the total reservation cost.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

Typical old house in venetian area of Chania. Lovely roof garden with view of sea. Had own breakfast there every morning, good small shops nearby with fresh bread in morning. Very clean with good modern bathrooms. Rooms a bit small but this is normal in this type of accommodation in Chania. Great value.

My husband and I were very disappointed with Pension Eva. The room was tiny; the entry door and lock barely in working order (you could see daylight all around the door, look inside or outside the room while the door was closed and locked, and push the locked door in without too much effort); the overall attention to rooms and guests negligible. For example, there was a shower massage (nice!), but the water never got warmer than tepid, and was often just cool.

Great character room and location. AC. In old town, so no car noise. Wish we had stayed longer. Fridge and plates etc but no kitchen etc. Steep stairs
