Idramon Hotel - Chania

Stayed 5 nights in Chania and thought this too long. 3 nights enough in this location otherwise a car recommended to travel. The staff very friendly. The roof top terrace best part of hotel. Buy your own wine and cheese at Carrefour supermarket ten mins from hotel. Restaurants at harbour overpriced . Go further ten mins to beach and nice restaurants on walkway and cheaper.

The hotel is cousy, great location but noisy. Nikos, the receptionist is fantastic and a wonderful person. Rooms are not very clean. Pedestrian area around. You can walk to bus station. In the square of the cathedral, nice coffee shops with terraces. Don´t miss the terrace upstairs of the building!!

Great location, just steps away from the evening becomes pedestrian door to the old Venetian harbor, charming place and a destination for walking, the lights of the lighthouse and local color the evenings. The employees of the hotel are very friendly and courteous, you will spend a great stay, and a welcome drink will give you immediate relief to Iannis. Possibility of rental vehicles at good prices in the area but fuel is expensive, so perhaps better organized tours or public transport as the bus station is a few minutes. So I would say that my judgment is very positive

It's a very good place to stay. It is near both the market and harbour. Host here is very patient and hospitality.
