Between 15 December and 5 January deposit non refundable. From 1 June 2010 to 31 July 2010 deposit non refundable.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
