Well, perfect location, good quality for the price! I strongly recommend this hotel, if you are going to see Budapest for a few days. The rooms are small, but clean. There are many shops, restourants around it. There is a tram station infront of the hotel and the metro is a few steps downstairs. The staff was very friendly. If I come some day in Budapest, I'll be back in this hotel.

I was very disappointed with the 'hotel', it was not a hotel. It was of a lesser standard then any hostel i have ever stayed in. The location was good in as far as we were very close to the center, however, we did not feel safe where we were. There was no lobby, no restaurant, no common areas. We were in a residential building which also had a hostel and what I suspect may have been assisted accommodation for homeless people. I paid for a 3 person room. There was 1 double bed and a couch. The couch was very uncomfortable. We were looking out on to one of the main roads in the city and we did not sleep a wink. After the 2nd night, I asked for the room to be changed, I was offered a room facing the same road and advised there were no other 3 bed rooms in the 'hotel'. It was a very cheap 'hotel' and I was not expecting a lot, however, I have stayed in basic accommodation before with no problems. I have traveled through the states using campsites. I will say that the room was clean and the staff were fine. If you are in dire need of a very cheap place to stay for 1 night, then maybe you could use this place, but do not stay for any long period of time and DO NOT take children in to this place.

Spacious rooms, free internet, helpful young man on the reception, subway literally at the doors. When checking in, we received a bottle of red wine and the bottle opener from the receptionist. The wine was good. The breakfast turned out to be not included. But it depends on the receptionist. We tipped the young man, and got our breakfast on the first day. On the second day the receptionist was different and they said no breakfast. Oh well. Overall, we had quite a pleasant stay.

We stayed three nights in Budapest. The Guesthouse was very easy to get to as it is located just next to the metro station and the main train station. The city center was easily accessible either by public transport or walking. The room and ensuite bathroom were very clean, with high ceilings, complete with tv and fridge. The hotel is small and quiet (despite being on a main road there was no traffic noise). The breakfast was very reasonable and convenient- everything provided: hot/cold beverages, cereals, eggs, cheese, meat slices, bread, fruit etc. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. There was wifi available in every room and the lobby. Very good value for money. Would stay there again definitely.

Price was very good, it was very cheap. rooms were clean at start but not cleaned during stay. walls very thin, could hear people next door and the noise from the street could be heard clearly even with the shutters down. location was great. close to main train station for when we arrived and right next to metro with easy access to all the sights.

The location is very good: 10 minutes walking from downtown and very well linked to public transport services. The triple room is a double with an extrabed, not very clean and jacuzzi shower doesn't work; breakfast room is very small and different from the one in the picture.

We staied in budapest 3 days(3 nights). Our priority was to have a cheap location where sleeping and relax a couple of hour in the afternoon before going out for dinner, and I have to say that our choice was perfect. Rooms were very basic but comfortable anyway, bathroom without a window was the only point for us. Cleanliness of room is not outstanding but sufficient. But what is outstanding is the location of the hotel, 10 mins walking from the very centre of city, metro in front of the door, trams and buses to everywhere. This made our journey perfect. so i have to say that the ratio between price (just 23 € per night) and enjoiability is great!i advise this place, thank you!

The location is excellent, easily reached by public transport, with possibilities of travelling all around the city centre. There is a supermarket right across the street. The rooms facing the street may be a bit noisy because of heavy traffic. The central heating worked only through a few hours every day. The photos indicated a massage shower cubicle but the massage nozzles didn't work. The cabinet under the bathroom sink was unusable due to a lot of construction trash in it. The reception is in fact only a small room on the 4th floor but provides basic info and free maps & guides, though they were out of English editions on our arrival. Overall satisfaction 90 %. Tip for eating out: A nice, reasonably priced Pakistani restaurant just 5-10 minutes of walking distance (Kohinoor Etterem, Wesselenyi ut.)
