We enjoyed our stay in Maison de la Rose. Hans was very friendly, he even give us very helpfull hinds. Room big and very clean, it was living in a house with all the books and pictures. Thank you!

Our host was very friendly and gave us a detailed printout with recommendations of places to visit, and places to eat. This was really helpful. The room was large and airy; the beds were very comfortable. The other furniture was serviceable but not really comfortable! The bathroom was tiny, and the different levels of flooring in there were a little awkward. Also, the fact that there was no door, only a curtain was a little strange for our American sensibilities, but we adjusted! The street below was quite noisy due to amount of traffic on the cobblestone pavement. This would not be an issue in the other rooms! We would have preferred to use a credit card to pay. Don't like carrying a lot of cash!
