The hotel, staff and location were excellent. Their biggest downfall is the noise factor. The seagulls were above our window and we did not sleep a wink due to this noise. This would be a huge factor in the decision to go back to Brooks Guesthouse. The rest of our stay was lovely.

Nice place in the heart Of the city. Easy walk from train station though ask a local for exact location when you get to the market. A bit tricky to find the first time. Lots to eat and drink within few minutes walk. We liked Guiseppe's real italIan food just up the street Downtown was very noisy and the shouting funnelled Straight into our window..... World cup fans are loud.
