If cancellation is done less than 7 days for weekdays bookings and 14 days for weekend bookings, prior to arrival we will charge the client for the nights we did not manage to re let. Cancellation policy for 3 rooms or more: a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of the booking, with the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival, after which time will become completely non-refundable. If a booking is made with less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% will be taken.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

We had 5 rooms, with family and grandchildren. Everybody was very satisfied with the rooms and a great breakfast. The staff was very helpfull and welcoming, and the hotel has a nice park in front, and just a short walk down to the beach. Shops of many kinds in the nearby surroundings.

Very helpful staff, newly refurbished room, free wifi, lovely breakfast. only downside was the size of the bathroom being a little too small.
