877-662-6988The top apartment has 6 spacious private twin rooms (each with 2 single beds), a fully equiped kitchen and two full bathrooms with tub/showers for all guests to share. There is also a large common room with 2 sofas and dining table. The terrace in this flat also has a dinning table and chairs which is great for taking in a little fresh air or an outside meal.
Our other apartment is located just below and is nearly identical. This beautiful flat has 7 rooms in total. (4 private twin rooms, 2 double rooms and 1 private double with ensuite.) The 6 rooms with shared bathrooms, share 3 modern bathrooms and all guest share the fully equiped kitchen and dinning gallery.
NOTE: The photos shown are of both apartments, please understand when you book a room you will be in one apartment or the other.
NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)

It was an excellent choice! Perfect location for all monuments..walking distance to main metro stations..that takes you everywehre you need..close to local cafe and restaurants. Apartmens are very nice and gives you wanted privacy but also freedom and possibility to not be stuck in your room only. Kitchen avaliable with all utensils/mugs/kettle/fridge etc is gonna save you some money on food! Staff is welcoming and provide you with map and all usefull info(also where not to go..what so see..ec) great place to stay.not expensive but very prestigious :)

What a find! Even though this is a shared apartment, we didn't see anyone for more than 30 seconds. We had the great kitchen to ourselves, and never had to wait to use the bathrooms. The neighborhood is great. The wifi is a bit iffy, I had to call a few times to have them reset it, but they were happy to do it and usually did it within 15 minutes, but you have to call. I would definitely stay here again

We stayed in the suite with included bathroom. The Appartment is really excellently located so that it's possible to do nearly everything by foot. There are nice restaurants not far away (everybody shout dry Tapa Tapa!!!) and also some shops and a supermarket.

PROs: good position, metro (Girona) at 3 mins walking, safe surrondings, common spaces clean and wide enough, kind welcoming, fully-equipped kitchen. CONs: really terrible noise during all the night due to the street exposure of almost all the rooms - very very diffucult to sleep: that's the issue of this accomodation. Rooms clean at the first day but never cleaned/made up during the whole stay and towels never changed (maybe it was specified in the reservation conditions but then we misunderstood).

Best value in Barcelona. Great location to see all sights - everything was within reasonable walkng distance, including the airport shuttle. The property manager greeted us with information to get us started. Common areas were impeccably clean. My first choice for future visits to Barcelona.
