Inn Sabah Pansiyon - Antalya

We had a most agreeable stay, which was actually too short. The negative comments made by an earlier reviewer could not be corroborated. We were assured by e-mail, prior to our arrival, that the reception desk is staffed 24/7. The room we stayed in had a clearly marked emergency exit, notably in case of fire; most likely conforming with applicable Turkish building codes. The "pansyon's" location is superb, on the main, pedestrian, road through the old town. The included buffet breakfast was served in one of the three buildings that constitute the "pansyon" and could be consumed, al fresco, on an adjacent open terrace. Arrived in the afternoon, were shown to used, dirty room, after protesting they said it will be cleaned soon, we left for half an hour and it was really cleaned when we came back, sheets were ok, fresh towels. Because we had to leave at 6 o'clock in the morning for the airport, they said we could get a lunch paket instead of breakfast, but then did not bring it as said and didn't want to give us anything, after an argument with my partner we got a sandwich at least. But panik in the morning: doors to outside were all looked (even the emergency doors), room key did not fit, no-one there, we banked at the doors, yelled but not reaction! We were totally looked in! (Just imagine there would have been a fire!) So we had break open the yard gate inorder to get our. Barely got our plane. Never again! //////////////////////////////////////////////// Als wir nachmittags ankamen, war das Zimmer benutzt, ungemacht, dreckig, nach Protest sagte man uns, es würde noch gemacht, wir gingen für ne halbe Stunde, danach war es tatsächlich gesäubert, Bettwäsche akzeptabel, frische Handtücher. Da wir um 6 Uhr zum Flieger mussten, sagte man uns, sie würden uns statt Frühstück was zusammen packen und ins Zimmer legen. Abends war nichts da, andere Mitarbeiter wollte uns nichts machen, nach Streit bekamen wir dann jedenfalls ein Sandwich. Panik am Morgen: das Hotel war komplett nach außen hin verschlossen, abgeriegelt. Unser Zimmerschlüssel passte nicht. Sogar die Notfalltüren waren abgeschlossen(Nicht auszudenken, was passiert wäre, wenn es ein Feuer gegeben hätte!) Wir haben an die Türen gehauen, gerufen, niemand war da oder kam. Schließlich mussten wir das Hoftor aufbrechen, um rauszukommen und haben gerade noch den Flieger bekommen. Niemals wieder!
