We knew that the hotel was really modest, and that was not the problem. What's been really bad is the welcoming: the girl at the reception (I think the owner) was really cold, never smiling, not trying to make us feel at our ease in a new country. Then we asked her at what time the tram service started because we had to be at the train station at 7.00a.m and she told she didn't know. Fortunately the check out was better because there was a very king guy. If he were there at the check in, we would have bought another night in the hotel. For this reason for an extra night we looked for another hotel. I think that the relation price and quality/service is not equilibrated.

We were a group of 7 males out for a bit of fun,we only used the hotel for sleeping and to grab a shower. We had value for money but I would not stay at this hotel with my wife. would need something a little upmarket. the rooms were very small, the beds had clean sheets and bathroom was tidy.

This is the worst hotel in Europe. We have been travelling for three months through the whole continent and this place is overpriced and very very bad! the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the place was covered in dust. We could not open our luggage in the room it was so small. The staff (apart from one guy) were totally rude and incompetent. The breakfast room was cleared at 10:15am every morning despite breakfast finishing at “10:30am”. The location is pretty good, but do not be fooled, do not stay here!

cleanliness of the rooms is poor, in the first room we went, there where the curtains torn down, the service is very bad, for example no toilet paper - you have to tell the "service" when it's empty after this you can fetch it for yourself, because they have forgotten, in 3 days one room service, until 10.30 there is breakfast, till 10.10 you can't find a seat after 10.10 there is no food and at 10.20 breakfast over.... you can't get milk, bread, because the "service" cleans up - bad adress..

My room was in the lower level, and from the window above the bed you can see the broadwalk, where people gathered to smoke. The window was not properly sealed, so you can hear everything from the bed. A car parked there, and the lights were right into my room. Curtains didn't cover properly either.

They are not exaggerating on the room size. Rooms are very small, locating is very good close to center very easy to get around, breakfast is ok. You get what you pay for, if you are only looking for a clean bed to spend a night on a budget price this hotel is a good choice.
