Hotel ibis budget Brugge Centrum Station - Bruges

I stayed at the Ibis budget hotel this weekend for one night. The only thing that was not as described was the hairdryer not being there when it was advertised. Other than that I thought I had booked the hotel nearer to the centre but it turned out to be the one near the bus station. Not a big problem but a little confusing.

Very nice and cheap hotel, next to the railway station and not far from the city centre. Enjoy Bruges!

Rooms are a too small, very functional, but at least a little wardrobe is needed. The recepcionist (the only man) was quite rude in several ocasions. The rest of service, quite well. The hotel is very well located, just in the trains Station and 25 min. walk to center town. Very good value for money. Please note, that you will be asked to pay 3€ city tax.

We were 3 mature ladies on a last minute booking to visit Bruges. We were delighted with the cheap price of our room at the Ibis. Hotel was very clean,staff friendly & helpful. We would recommend to others. Bruges is a delightful Belgium City, with plenty to see & do - we will be back!

A little bit far away the central city by walk.Small ecnomic hotel.Not easy to find.Should have better choice in Brugge.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is close to the city center but within the central train station which is not really nice and a bit noisy.

Instructions in english on the vending machines is needed. We were several english speaking people who were unable to buy hot drinks

Great location near by the train station. Just 15min walk (nice walk) to the cernter of the city. Rooms are exact as shown, clean and the service is great the people are really helpfull.

Is a low-price hotel, the location is good, next to the train station and 20 min. walking to downtown. Room are small but exactly the offered. Is a good option for business trips or short trips.

The room's facilities are quite inconvenient. No wardrobes but just 3 hangers. Room is so small, so if you go there in winter, you cannot find any places to put your clothes. And also, no any hooks or place to put your clothes inside the bathroom. Its so inconvenient! Another bad thing is that they don't provide free wifi and there is only one common computer for all the guests in hotel. The only good thing to say is a convenient location, easy to find, and very near the train station. However, I would not recommend it to you since there are soooo much inconvenience for the hotel facilities!

Our overall experience was good, we stayed at this hotel one night only. The room was very clean and quiet although small. Breakfast was not included in the price, but you could have a very good breakfast for 7 additional euros. The only issue we had was getting to the hotel although it was very easy to find, the directions given were wrong. You just need to take an scalator located to your right when leaving through the main door at Centrum Station. We recommend this hotel.

Tiny little room with large bed and smaller upper bunk bed. Shower is in the room, and the door to the toilet does not completely seal it off from the rest of the room. Once I came to terms with the overly efficient use of space, I rather like the hotel. Immediately to the right after exiting the train station, it's walking distance to most of Bruges, which is perfect for walking into town.

This is an innovative and clever hotel. The shower in the bedroom and pole bench/ handbasin saved on space. Hanging space was limited but serviceable enough. Parking adjacent to the hotel at €2.50 per day including free bus to and from the city centre was a real bonus. Breakfast at €7 was good value. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in the Etap Hotel in Brugge for one night. The rooms are small and compact (with the shower stall and the sink as part of the main room) but very clean and quiet. We found the LED showerhead to be hilarious. Great location if you are arriving by train as it is right next to the train station and about a 20 minute walk to the centre of the old town. I would recommend staying here for a night or two.

it took me 45 minutes to find the hotel and with the help of a local citizen there wer no indications of the hotel in the surroundings

We were immensely pleased with the friendly and efficient reception. The room was small but neat, clean and comfortable. The location was moist convenient and the provision of luggage storage was a great boon. Above all, the Hotel Etap at Bruges was extraordionary value for money. Highly recommended.

Not enough hooks in the room. Very difficult to organise with clothes for 2 people and 5 days. No possibility to hang the big wet towels so had to throw them on the floor and let them change everyday. Otherwise, we would have kept them the 4 nights. Shower is great! but no bath carpet on the floor for wet feet. WC is also very good but too bad can't turn off automatic light at night. Disturbs sleeping partner because door is open on the top. Parking for 2,50 €/day at station parking place is super! but hotel entrance is very difficult to find the first time.
