The hotel was located within easy walking distance to the underground, which was great, but the neighborhood was not the greatest.

The hotel is situated on the outer suburbs of South Berlin and was ideal whilst travelling through Germany on to Poland. The hotel was clean and tidy with the two twin rooms I had booked spacious. Breakfast costs 10 Euros pp and due to no other cafe's/or options available in the area you had no choice really. The breakfast is more continential than cooked but a selection of warm eggs/meats are good. The service at the breakfast was fast and friendly as well as the reception staff who thankfully spoke good english. An enjoyable stay for the area

The hotel is far from Airport Tegel but it is easy to reach even if the map is not clear. Surroundings are dreary. The hotel bill must be paid in advance, at the arrival.

A quiet, well-run hotel with spacious rooms. Not central but just round the corner from Grenzallee tube station and about 20 minutes from town. Several shops and restaurants are within walking distance. An excellent breakfast is available for €9.50.

It's not so nice have to pay little snack or water in the room : it seem welcome but it'a business!

Trato amable y muy bien comunicado tanto con el centro de Berlin como con el aeropuerto de Schönnberg

Hotel situation is very good if you are using Schonefelt airpor. Bus 171 goes door to door. Excelent argentinian restaurant nearby the hotel. One half of hotel rooms are in from of a cimitery, very quiet neibourghood! Price quality rate very good.

Pleasant quiet hotel in a Berlin suburb. Nice, quiet rooms and good breakfast. Competent multilingual staff but a little detached sometimes. A long way from central Berlin - 30 minutes or more by train - but the staion is very near.

Although the hotel looks a long way from the centre of Berlin on a map,the underground station is two minutes away and you can be in the centre in about 20/25 minutes.There is also a bus service from just around the corner to take you to one of the airports.(Schönefeld)

As a tourist who can't read or speak the language, it was hard to find, not a very good map.

L'hotel è un comodo punto di appoggio per visitare Berlino, in quanto coniuga dei prezzi molto interessanti con una sistemazione non troppo in periferia, ideale per raggiungere in breve tempo il centro città. A circa 300mt c'è infatti la fermata "Grenzallee" della metropolitana sotterranea U-Bahn U7, e in circa 10-15min siete in centro. per raggiungere l'hotel dall'aeroporto Schonefeld basta prendere il bus 171 (la fermata è proprio all'uscita del terminal dell'aeroporto) che, fra le sue fermate, ha proprio quella all'incrocio Grenzallee/Janhstrasse, dove c'è l'hotel. In alternativa scendete dal bus alla fermata Rudow, dove c'è il capolinea della U7, la prendete e scendete alla 8° fermata che è, appunto, Grenzallee.

The best place we stayed on our recent trip. Outstanding people, service, and accommodations. My highest recommendation.

Its easier on german: Quietschende Tür zum Bad. Muß geölt werden, damit man weiter schlafen kann, wenn der Bettnachbar auf die Toilette in der Nacht muß. Ein Kippflügelfenster war defekt. Das Zimmer roch stark nach Zigaretten, konnte aber mittels Lüftung behoben werden. Vielleicht besser, wenn das Personal vor Übergabe des Schlüssels lüftet.

Even though the hotel decor is a bit dated, the location is well connected to public transport to and from the airport and downtown Berlin. The area is not excellent. The hotel is ideal for a short stay in and if you need to stick to a low budget.

Nice quiet hotel. Very clean rooms and bathroom facilities. Located in a calm neighborhood with almost immediate access to a U-Bahn (metro) station.

Acomodation was excellent, spacious room and close to public transport. The map, however is slightly misleading as hotel is on the opposite side of the road and not well labelled.

Buona posizione per visitare la città ma soprattutto ottimo collegamento con l'aeroporto di Schonefeld (bus 171) che arriva e parte proprio all'angolo con la strada principale

The Hotel is situated near the 171 airport bus stop and U7 Grenzalle stop, so town center is far 5 minutes. It's possible to reach the Schonefeld airport in 30 minutes.

Even if the window's room were facing the Hall, that was the only things i didn't like that much. By the way, if i am back i'm gonna go spending vacations there again. Everything was ok.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in quite surrondings. Easy access to city center by U-bahn. Very good breakfast table.

It was Quite good . Just far away from the city centre, by U-bahn it takes aroun 45 min. My room was well facilitate but smelly I dont know if it was because of damp or something else.

Well sited for the centre of the city, as communications are good. Foundin a nice quiet locale.

We had a very nice stay here. We only had a little problem. We wanted a double bed but we got 2 single beds on the same room. For the rest everything was perfect. Good connection to the public transport, and a very nice restaurant on the corner of the street.

The hotel is very quiet, maybe because it is closed to the cemetery. There is an underground station very closed to the hotel and the employees were really, really kind. The room was spacious, but with a little bit old and sad fornitures. We didn't have air conditioned!

The acccomodation was clean and spacious; the bathroom was especially pleasant and modern. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. The building was quiet and so was the neighborhood. The breakfast was expansive and very good. I especially enjoyed the smoked salmon. Definitely a place I should feel comfortable recommending and using again myself.

Everything was very good, only there was a little trouble when we arrive as there was only one double room booked and the boy at the reception didn't speak english very well. But he was very helpfull and resolved everything. we really enjoyed the hotel, the breakfast was very very good, the u-bahn is just behind the corner and it's easy to reach from Tegel airport. I'll stay there again and will tell to my friends also.
