Very good location for GARE central & TGV shuttle, with quick access to city centre. Also in our case for Avignon police to report a theft that occurred in Paris. Rooms & beds very comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. There were plenty of cafes approx. 150 metres into the city.

It was clean, comfortable, and convenient as noted in my review. My main comment is that the hotel is classified on Venere as 3 stars but the hotel sign indicates that it is 2 stars. I was disappointed that the hotel was truly 2-star quality, especially the rooms feeling like a box from the ceilings being so low. Had I known the hotel was only 2 stars, I would have picked another hotel based on the price.
