First visit to Hyatt Jacksonville. Hotel sign lying in the parking lot creates a bit of confusion. Room - excellent. Reception, great. There were kids running around the reception area, messing with food all over the tables, intruding in personal space, this is obviously not the fault of the hotel but was extremely annoying. Service in US compared to European countries is not always great and sometimes it becomes a bit much when service staff do not lower their voices on general maintenance issues. It would have been nice if there was a menu in the room for the kitchen service downstairs. Avoid the Subway at the nearby garage. The Hyatt gets a thumbs up though!
