We have booked a Grand suite and this room was availible, except the room was at the backside of the hotel near to a roof with a lot of airconditioners unit which make a lot of noise. Also we have complaint because our safe box wasn't working.The thenical engineer have checked it several times and couldn't fixed it. The concierge has offered to move to another room which was a little big bigger and a safe which worked.After all we have a good stay as this hotel is located near some restaurant and stores.
