Very confortable place in the very centre of city

Hotel in ottima posizione a un ottimo prezzo, noi avevamo una camera con vista sulla basilica del Pilar! Consigliato!

The room was VERY DIRTY ! extremely DIRTY! The waterclosed was DIRTY! the bed sheets were dirty! The room furnitures were in bad state, the parquet floor was dirty and in a bad state, DUST EVERYWERE! The air conditioning wasn't adjustable. The car park is not private, but public, and it is not connected in anyway with the hotel. It is not possible to park in front of the hotel and load and upload luggages near the hotel. The room was very noisy.

The room was very dirty : hoover should be used! and the bathroom was not really clean as well (hairs)

My room was a little noisy and dirty. The hotel is positioned very close to the Pilar's basilica.

Very much nois. It was also a public holyday and that my be the reason. Beds vere plastic-coverd. Do they think we pee in the beds? That made our beds unconfertable, noicy and warm.Staff was helpfull and friendly.

The bed isn't good.

HOtel muy ruidoso, situado encima de un bar, los cristales no son aislantes ni climalit y se oye todo. Ademas otros clientes del hotel tambien muy ruidosos toda la noche. EStá en el centro, pero no es un hotel para ir a dormir.

Estuve en Zaragoza por turismo, luego de asistir a un congreso médico en Madrid.La atención en el Hotel fue muy buena, tiene un comedor a precios accesibles y buena cocina y el hotel esta excelentemente ubicado.

The Hotel is very well situated but cannot be reached by car. No possibility to stop and unload. Public carpark available with exit nearby. Should be better explained in confirmation. State of room pretty bad. Spotted bed-covers, dirty wardrobe and floors. Not a good experience.

Good room but whithout hot water in the evening at 7 AND in the morning at 8!! the staff was not very surprised and did anything.

The hotel is in the city centre near the most important monuments. the public parking is also near it and the cost can be paid at the reception when checking out. the employees speak a broken English but they are ready to help you every time you need it. the restaurant of the hotel serves good food at a very reasonable price.

Good city centre position close to main sights and tourist buses etc. Be sure to check parking arrangements before confirming booking.Luckliy I had checked with hotel first and they told me where to park, then there was a dispute at check-in reference parking fee. It wasn't explained well, confusion reigned (not due to language) and I had to pay Euros 12 per 24 hours. Apparently some web site booking agencies state free parking, which is not possible and the reception staff seemed pretty worked up about the whole "parking thing". Be warned. Hotel obviously used by business people so a lot of early morning door banging as guests?? left. We stayed on first floor. Be aware, lift only goes to third floor, but hotel has four floors!!

This hotel is in the perfect location for Zaragoza, right by the incredible Basilica. It was also cheaper on here than at the hotel.
