The hotel is in a good location, a bit hard to find in the first place. But once you find it, there are quite a number of places to stroll along. The decoration is so nice, very chic. I and my wife were so happy staying here and will come back (you may hear this a lot, but in fact it is not many times for us to say this). It is our fist time in Valencia, dear, we should have planned a longer trip. I think people here are very nice and generous. We've been in many cities in Europe, this city has a lot for you to explore. Breakfast is in a range of good to great !

Reason for trip was to see the Fallas. Location is very close walking distance to the old town (5-10 mins) and also to the Science Park (15-20 mins). Close to many Fallas and to great restaurants (I am from Spain and we had the best paella I have had at a restaurant - ask the front desk where). If you expect quieteness, don't go to Valencia during the festivities - this is firecraker heaven..all night. But that is why you go to the Fallas. For the sounds and the sights of these beautiful structures...that take a year to build and burn in just a few minutes. Don't miss seeing the parades of thousands of Falleros and Falleras - all dressed in traditional costumes, bringing flower bouquets to a massive figure of the virgin..which is then decorated with over 50000 bouquets making a massive flower statue. Also - take a day to see the Science Park ...it is worth it. On Friday night (1:30 am is technically Sat morning) there is a massive fireworks display - we saw most of it from our room, but you could have walked less than 100 metres to the bridge and see it all (be prepared for a massive crowd).

(3 notti in camera doppia €150).

I stayed in this hotel 3 years ago and now it is even better. People at the reception desk were always kind, fair, keen, open to talk with us and give us suggestions on restaurants. There were some works at the ground floor but not a big disturb. it is very near to the city center, Colon Market, a couple of Corte Inglès, 10' walk from the North Station and the Arena. We would certainly return in this hotel and would recommend it almost to everybody.

This is a business hotel, close to the historical area of Valencia. Everything was OK during our 1-night stay. It's a good choice for the price.

Distinti saluti. Tani Gabriele.

Positive: great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, very clean bathroom, several bus stops nearby. ok: walking distance to subway 10 min Bad: The whole room, especially the wardrobe, smelled mouldy. Wardrobe could not be used. From the window, not a milimetre of sky could be seen.

Very happy with the hotel. We booked like 5 months before and there was no problem with the reservation. The location of the hotel is very good (close to the center, and close to the City of Arts and Science too). Alameda metro station is like 5 minutes away. You should try the pizza in the street very close to the hotel (Crapa Pelata on street Salamanca).

Pulizia e servizi ottimi.

Well located, within walking distance to city and other attractions, excellent value for money, didn't have to pay anything till departure. We stayed 4 days-probably the ideal duration-we booked 6 months prior to going from New Zealand and the all the arrangements were as promised.

Although advertised we tried to use the room service and they couldn't help us. The hotel was in a good location for the new metro, 5 min walk. When we checked out I paid by credit card and they gave me all the recipts but they didn't give me my credit card back. I didn't realise until back in the UK.

Nice hotel perfectly located. 15 min walking distance away from "La Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias" and 10 min away from the historic center of Valencia. I did not use the bus at all during my whole stay. Rooms are confortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet provides a variety of choice and should satisfy the most demanding appetites. I should mention that the breakfast is not included in the advertized prices for the rooms. Count 12 euros per person. Overall this is a perfect place to stay in Valencia with a good quality/price ratio.

On exit, they wanted to charge us the room at exactly a double price than our booking price. After our complaints, they immediately switch back to the booking price, trashing the wrong invoice. The concierge did not say a word: no problem but also no regret, so that I had the impression that they tried to fool us charging the regular price instead of the week end offer, and switch back only when discovered. Hotel has a good continental breakfast but they charge 11,00 Euro for person but they did not mention it, neither in the booking nor at the check in.

Very nice accomodations for the money. This was the nicest room we had on our trip (four cities) and we paid slightly less than for hostals in Madrid, Barcelona and Sevilla.

The rooms are huge, and the value for money was very good. I was staying in the off season, and the price of €56 is very good value indeed - although in the high season the price will be higher I assume. The hotel is on a busy road, so if you get one of the rooms facing the road its quite noisy, even though the hotel has put block out shutters on the windows. The room itself is very spacious, and very comfortable. The location is quite OK, its not too far to walk to the tourist places, although if you like to be right in the centre of things this hotel is not the one for you. Overall I was quite satisfied with the hotel, but if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Nice hotel in a nice area. My only complaint is that when we asked about parking, we were told there was none and we were directed to try the surrounding side streets.
