Good hotel. Got spacious room. about 15 minutes pleasant stroll from city center. Hotel parking needs caution. Far and away the steepest parking access I have ever met(1:1 ?). On motorcycle, get someone to walk to exit shutter to open it before riding up.

The hotel would be very difficult to find without a GPS-equipment. The street Avda de Lugo and surroundings on the map on the web site can't be found on Michelin's Atlas 2008. The "hilly" streets - and stairways - in the neighbourhood increase the difficulties.

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. El hotel nos encantó y está muy bien situado. Además, tiene muy buena relación calidad/precio. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Spanish people spending a long w/e in Santiago. Cold and wet/humid rooms. I suspect that the worste rooms are given to the on line reservations. Nice and professional staff.

I have filled in 10 to all questions so the survey could be sent On arrival at the Hotel I decided to stay an extra night, but unfortunately this Hotel could not accommodate me so they very quickly transferred my booking to a nearby Hotel - Area Central. This transfer was very smooth and much appreciated. If Area Central is one of your Hotels I will happily fill in a survey sheet if you send one on. This was my first time in Santiago de Comppostela. I enjoyed it very much and plan to visit again in December using the new Ryanair flights from Liverpool.

This hotel has no air conditioning. If your room is on the street side the noise from the street can be a bit overwhelming, especially if the window is open. Parking underneath the builing is very tricky, not recomended for the easily intimidated or novices with a manual automobile. "larger" vehicles should avoid entirely.

Ottimo voto all'albergo e ai suoi gestori. Personale disponibile e affabile. 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e dal bus terminal per l'aeroporto. Vale veramente la pena visitare Santiago.

After checking in discovered that the Car Park had a max hieght of 1.80m meaning that our car could not enter and would have to be left in the street - think this should have been clearly stated on the hotel info - also found the hotel a little drab and decided to move on as not keen leave the car on the street and as touring for one month we had much luggage etc and booked this hotel inorder the car was off road and did not have to be emptied for a one night stop
