Hotel Husa Moncloa - Madrid

Modern and popular hotel good for business not holiday in family but all inthe normality

The location was great, the size of the room was great but there were a few issues: -noise -only one tap worked in the bathroom -bathroom door could not open/close properly -no welcome tray with kettle for tea/coffee -no toiletries

We had the chance to find a great promotion on Venere for this Hotel. 58 euros for a 4-star hotel was a great bargain, so nothing to complain about!

Too noisy the air conditionar

The hotel is confortable. The most improtant place to visit was reaching by foot. The people speaks just a poor english

We were put in a five star hotel next to Moncloa (Princess) and it was great!

Coppia giovane. weeek lungo a madrid. ottimo hotel, camere stupende, grandi, molto pulite ed abbastanza silenziose. il personale non troppo cortese, ma comunque disponibile ed efficiente. se volete la colazione è carissima (non è compresa nel costo della camera) ma ti offrono uno sconto del 50% per il primo giorno di soggiorno. da provare in quanto si mangia veramente bene ed in grandi quantita'(scontata sono circa 19 euro per due persone). posizione non centralissima dell' hotel rispetto a plaza de sol e plaza mayor, ma con la metro (che si trova a 200 mt dall' hotel) è davvero comodissimo e lontano dal fracasso della vita notturna di madrid. ovviamente leggermente piu' caro rispetto ad un semplice ostello, ma per una coppia giovane è abbordabilissimo. giudizio complessivo : ottimo.

The Moncloa was full, so they put us in the 5* sister hotel Husa Princessa next door for the same price. Breakfast in the Princessa was expensive, but nice. Snacks/coffees in the hotel cafe were reasonable. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Beware of automatic sensor in minibar which automatically charges you if you move things.

Our room was amazingly spacious and upscale. We were delighted with everything.

We were pleased and impressed by the hotel. Some of those on Reception were superb, helpful and friendly, others less so. But the rooms were enormous, comfortable and quiet, and the hotel is perfectly placed for going into town - a 10 minute walk from Plaza de Espana - next to a large Corte Ingles, and close to useful smaller shops, cinemas and restaurants. The Gym was crowded with machinery, and people,but had everything it promised.

Habíamos reservado en Husa Moncloa pero nos mejoraron la reserva pasándonos al anejo Husa Princesa, de cinco estrellas, por el mismo precio. Muy cómodo.

This hotel is impossible to find. No one knows where the tiny street it and no one has heard of the hotel, when in fact it is attached to the Husa Princesa (a 5-star that I wish we had been upgraded to, particularly as we travelled on our honeymoon... oh well). The hotel is fine -- it is spacious enough, the bed is comfy enough, etc. It is nothing special and it is nowhere near anything -- at least a 2 kilometre walk just to get to Plaza de Espana which is on the outskirts of the town centre. There is a nearby Metro stop, however. All in all, it is not a bad hotel, nor is it a good hotel. Don't expect much -- it is an ok business-class hotel, and the price is reasonable for Madrid.

We had a very nice and big room with 2 single beds on the 7th floor, great views across Madrid! Just be aware that right next to Husa Moncloa is Husa Princesa (higher star hotel than Husa Moncloa), easy to mix up if you have never been there before.

We booked into the Moncloa and on arrival were upgraded to the sister hotel the Princesa Was magic. Great location, great facilities, great rooms.

Very good, I was pleased and treated nicely. And the restaurant had good food, even at late hours.

The room was ok. Be aware that you can't open the windows because they are sealed.The internet connection wasn't working in the room! The worth is that we've been charged 16€ for the buffet breakfast.......way too expensive! Except that, the hotel is well located near two metro station and 10mn walking to Plaza Espana.

Se encuentra en una excelente zona, alejado del desorden y el ruido del centro, pero bien comunicado, con centros comerciales y buenos restaurantes cercanos. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y limpias. El servicio es muy bueno
