When we arrived the receptionist gave me a ticket for the car park, I asked if there was anything to pay he replied no.On departure I was charged 66 euros to park the car!!On the 2nd day I asked when the bar opened they informed me it was permanently closed!! The brekfast was basic toaster useless and hot food seemed to be available for the Spanish business men only I would rate this hotel as a 2 star not 5. the world cup was on but the tv in the room had such poor reception is could not be watched and no one would fix it.Anne

room was very hot and air conditioning very poor. no restaurant. breakfast choice also poor.was charged 11 euros to park in a 4 star hotel carpark which is not acceptable

From N-332 Speedway (coming from Murcia, Alicante), enter Cartagena trough Paseo de Alfonso XIII Avenue. Drive along the avenue to its end at Plaza de España and in less than 100 metres you will find the hotel.
