The only drawbacks were the bed in the hotel room was extremely hard and not very comfortable. Also the hotel website had advertised that there was a free shuttle from the hotel to the train station. It mentioned that you needed to make reservations so when we inquired the night before we left we were told they couldnt even do that and to check in the morning. So when we checked in the morning we were told that we were not able to catch a shuttle. The train station was not that far however I felt like if the hotel was going to advertise that they should be able to offer the service as long as the guests make a reservation as it stated on the website.

Positive: The room was nice and clean and the staff at the reception very friendly. Close to the North-station but not so close to the centre. Minus: The Bathroom was old and the whole hotel is very badly sound proved. I had the impression that people talking in the hallway were standing in my room.

In the room there was no thermostat and therefore it was impossible to regulate the temperature: there was a centralised heating system with a temperature of more than 25° at night too, and it was impossible to open the window!! The mattress was floppy and caused severe backache to both of us. The pillow was bumpy. The walls were so thin we could hear other people speaking in the next room. When we asked if we could change room they told us it was impossible very rudely and that there was nothing they could do, it was our problem. This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable in a 4star luxury hotel that costs more than 150€/night!!! Don't go there if you want to have a good night rest!!

Very good hotel. Satisfied with its quality service. When we arrived a lady at reception answered my questions very nicely, providing me very useful information about the train to Brugge and the places of interests in Brussels. Later another lady and a gentleman told me how to connect my computer to the internet. I'm really impressed with the service they offered. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends.

I was struck very much by the Hotel's location, which seemed to be in the middle of a very questionable area of town. I felt the staff were often cold or quite rude, particularly at check-in. The girl on check-out, a Spanish stagiaire, was very pleasant. On the whole the stay was average - not particularly offensive but I wouldn't rush back.

with my disappointment, the first night insted of the kind of room that I've booked, the concierge gave us a room without air cond, very poor, and noisy, cause:men at work outside.the break-fast 20 euro ich person, was of very low quality, and the coffe was not coffe, but some surrogate,at 9.40 h.,20 minuts before the end of break-fast service, the waiters have toke away any thing,so we have had just the time to test the coffe,(horrific)and a slice of cheese(calk).40 euro: 2 cooffes,2 slice of cheese....

Great hotel. Very reasonable price. Good facilities and staff. Only downfall was distance from city center. Good for business bad for leisure. 15 min walk to subway/bus station. Overall: outstanding value.

Anyone thinking of staying there should just be aware that the lovely shot of the hotel with the green area outside it is not now relevant! They are building a huge building on half of that green! Didn't bother us as we had a room at the back of the hotel but guests may wish to request a room at the back! Staff were lovely - really helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Gard du Nord. It's a little bit out of the centre of things but easily walkable and also taxiable when you get tired! Take your Venere confirmation with you though as they tried to charge us €15 more than quoted for two of our three night stay. They were fine when I showed them the confirmation from Venere. All in all a good hotel. Just watch out for the building work in front of the hotel! If you are out all day obviously it's not a problem but you won't get the lovely view over the green park anymore!

I was for the first time in Brussels and, for me, the Hotel Husa President Park, was the best choice. The relationship between price/quality was the best that I found it. The area is very quiet and the city center is very close. What I saw on the web site...is real!! Thank you again..

I have stayed in various hotels in Brussels and this was by far the worst experience. The hotel does not provide information in the rooms about hotel services and after several requests I was told they didn't have any! The room was very tatty and within a few hrs there I had to ask them to remove a fairly large insect from the curtains. The web site was also misleading and there is not a shuttle bus into the city 4 times a day.. it does not exist. The so called new leisure club locked away behind a seedy door on the roof just had a little gym and not a whirlpool as pictured on the website. I would never go back there again

There's no indication on the website that the breakfast is not included (unless I didn't see it at the website) and the room wasn't as quiet as expected, but that was mainly because our neighbours were a bit noisy. Overall a very good hotel, close to the trainstation.

El hotel esta muy bien, un poco alejado del centro pero bien comunicado desde la estacion del norte. Habitaciones grandes, limpias y bien calidad/precio. No hay autobus al centro, ni entra desayuno.

Watch your car if you don't use the parking...at night it is very criminal. Several cars ar damaged during my 1 night stay. Breakfast is 20 euro if you have to pay it separately...
