Convenient, within walking distance of pretty much everywhere. Garage useful if comparatively expensive. Good size room.

The noise from the roadworks outside the hotel unfortunately spoilt our stay. They started at 8am most mornings. We were also near the lift and you could hear the beeping noise and people talking. I would check with the hotel before booking as you may get a quieter room. There is parking but it is quite difficult to access. The area is nice and handy for most places in the city. Shame the hotel didn't warn us about the noise!

The location is probably the best as it is central to everything and the nearest Metro is only 300m away. Friendly helpful staff and fantastic buffet breakfast. Excellent central location. Good value for money.The hotel is modern and the room comfortable with all standard fitments. I would certainly stay there again.

The hotel had the facitiity of a gym. I would really recommend the gym. Breakfast was fine with everything you needed to eat.

gorgeous hotel very well located. Railway station and subway very close. I tasted delicious tapas around with lots of restaurants with local dishes. The hotel´s got Spa facilities, worth to try and very relaxing after a long day walking. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel was very clean, attentive to you needs. The rooms were of a good size, nice decor, plenty of soft fluffy white towels, clean crisp linen and a good daily clean.

This is my fifth time visiting bilbao, and far it´s being the best hotel I´ve been in. Very well located and quite good service. Wifi free in rooms and there´s a SPA in the same building which is awesome.

we stayed 1 night in bilbao, but for sure I would have stayed a whole week. Very nice city for visiting. Excellent nightlife. Hotel was quiet good for the prize, very affordable. Spacious rooms and well decorated. Staff very kind. Parking was litle expensive.

It was a very nice stay in Bilbao. The hotel´s got an excellent location near of everything. Recomend to visit the Gugenheim Museum and taking a walk by the river. Rooms very confortable and clean. Also the staff very helpful. Nice paintings at the hall. Good quality-service rate. We useed the Spa services which were faboulous.

gugemheim museum and the old town are worth to visit. very good restaurants around the area, excellent vasque cuisine and good experience if u want to try good tapas. The staff treated us very kindly and made up some suggestions about what to visit. Hotel is very clean and confortable rooms.

Nice hotel with an excellent location in central Bilbao. Reservation confirmation was received immediately by email and text, which is very handy and looks professional.

Stayed in Bilabo for only one night and the hotel is very close to public transit and the Bilbao museum. The rooms are clean and the hotel staff are fluent in english. A very nice experience.

NIce hotel but very, very difficult to find. Also when we arrived there was no parking available, so once again had to drive around for a public parking space. The rooms were nice but very cold. Heating system activated by keycard, so on entering the room it was like walking into a fridge!!! Even leaving heating on at 30 degrees all night, the room temperature was not comfortable enough to want to remain in the room for any length of time. Personnel polite and friendly.

The hotel should be able to provide free internet access. It does not at this time. I thought breakfast was included in room price, but in my case, it was not. Good clean hotel, well situated, fair price. I would stay there again.

A very good modern hotel in a very good location (not too far from a Metro stop), very good bathroom, quiet rooms, except for noisy doors in hallway across the hall. Breakfast at 12 euros was too expensive for me, instead, I had a great breakfast at a local bar/cafe around the corner for 6 euros. Staff is very good, very helpful with any needs. I would stay here again.

Overall the hotel was nice and was very good value. The location was fantastic. However, there were some downsides. The room was very noisy - a fire door was banging regularly at night and early in the morning. There was very little natural light in the room as there was only one small window in the corner of the room. We may just have been unlucky, other rooms could have been brighter and quieter. Another negative was the breakfast. Quite expensive at €12 per person and not that impressive.

This Hotel in Spain far exceeded our expectations. It was amazing value compared with similar priced accommodation in e.g. Paris.

great location for going to the Guggenheim, but not so much for nightlife. The old city area is better for shopping, tapas bars. Hotel itself was wonderful.

Excellent modern hotel right in the heart of the city. Everything was first class, except the surly and unhelpful staff on reception, who clearly didn't trust us. We were made to pay the room rate up front, and they tried to rip us off on the extras next morning. I mean, do I look like someone who eats two breakfasts and watches dirty movies all night???

I was mightil impressed by the hotel, and particularly the prices. The Jardines de Albia is very well-situated, with seemingly everywhere of interest in Bilbao only a relatively short walk away. I would hesitate to recommend the hotel to those with young children, but for anyone wishing for an uncomplicated and peaceful place to stay when in Bilbao, look no further.

Les options proposer sont inutilisables sur place car nous n’étions pas prévenue que le SPA sera fermé (normalement il doit être ouvert) et nous avons manger des cacahouètes pour le réveillon car hôtel a fermé sont restaurant durent tous le week-end. Dans ce cas je ne vois pas utilité d’accepter les clients et ne pas les nourrie. Nous avons fait un régime forcé. Tous les restaurants de la ville été fermés.

Lo peor de este hotel fue el recepcionista a nuestra llegada ,un chico al que no parecia gustarle mucho su trabajo y la iluminacion,era tetrica como de fluorescente.Por lo demas estaba correcto.Esta a 5 minutos del Guggen.

The hotel is very good located, the room was clean and big enough. But 12 Euro for the breakfast p.P seems to be too much, especially for stone-hard tortillas...

Excellent hotel in ideal location. Efficient and helpful staff. Quality better than expected for price. Only problem was the one way street system meant we missed the street the first time through town although this was not helped by roadworks at the time.

everything about the hotel was fine but our first night was completely disrupted by the "music" from the night club opposite which went on until 6am. When we complained we were moved to another room without hesitation. This was better but the music could still be heard. This was such a problem that sadly we would never stay at this hotel again.

the rooms had the worse views of back of buildings it was better to leave the curtains closed . cafe bar had no atomoshphere and servie was poor there so we left after waiting . best thing about hotel was convenience to shops and bars

I can recommend this hotel to anyone wishing a fairly central location, a pleasant walk away from the Guggenheim Museum and also close to the main shopping district. The room was comfortable and clean with a contemporary feel. We did not use the spa facilities, however, they seem quite extensive. Breakfasts were very good. A buffet breakfast costs 12 Euros. The tortilla was particularly good! Reception staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful with tourist questions. Waiting staff were friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Noise from an adjacent night club was disturbing on both Fri and Sat nights There was a significant exytra charge for using the swimming pool etc - which was not mentioned in the detail on the web site. Such facilities should be availble free to hotel guests

The front desk staff were very nice and very helpful. The location is good, a quick walk to the Guggenheim museum, and near tram stops. The hotel is not in the heart of the old city but is only a short walk away, and you don't get all the noise from night time revelling. There are plenty of very good restaurants close by, and although the hotel does not serve lunch there is an excellent restaurant in the basement for evening meals. We would stay there again.

Just be aware that you have to pay to use the spa facilities, they are not for general use.

It's a nice hotel in a beautiful area of Bilbao (10 min. from Guggenheim museum), the quality service and the price are very good

the rooms are a bit small(only need), colors (decoration) of the room a bit dark, windows can not be opened, bathroom very nice and clean, the surrounding of the hotel not so pretty

Very impressed by this website as the price was right and it was not misleading. Will use the site again and if I am in Bilbao again, i shall stay at the same hotel.

We were sufficiently impressed with the quality of the hotel, booked for the 1st 2 nights of a touring holiday in northern Spain, that we returned for a further 2 nights towards the end of our tiem in the country, again booking through venere.com.

There is a popular disco very near the hotel. My stay was on the eve of a bank holiday. The noise from the disco lasted all night and finished between 5.30 to 6.00 am. A total nightmare.
