There are much better values out there. Desk clerk gave us a nasty smoking room on checkin and claimed the hotel was full until I insisted on a different room. Accessible from metro but about a half mile walk up a slight hill. Mostly residential area.

This was my first visit to Barcelona. Bonanova Park is a very nice hotel in a very nice zone not far from the Avinguda Diagonal. Very good overall quality vs. price ratio. Only one remark is about the acustic insulation of my room.
