Hotel is very difficult to find and parking nearly impossible! Staff was extremely helpful, we would recommend.

The hotel is very good for the price range and the staff is very friendly and flexible. The square in front of the hotel is a bit noisy, but I preferred people's voices to traffic noise, which is non-existing in the hotel. The location in the beutiful town of Alcala is excellent, everything is by walking distance.

Delightful hotel located centrally within the town of Alcala. The only negative was that the hotel is located off of a busy park square where many people congregate at night and feel the need to talk loudly. Since Spaniards are up late at night, these noises can last until the wee hours of the morning.
