When I made the reservation I received a price of 109 USD including all taxes. I had ti pay finally 129 USD. i think it is not serious

Nice hotel for the price. Need car due to distance to shopping areas. Poor shuttle schedule to south beach and aventura mall. Great beach facilities.

Noise in the room related to use of tile floors rather than carpet. All noise was from the adjoining room and seemed to be coming through that door. There are certainly more luxurious accomodations on the beach in Miami, but all of them were much higher priced. I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again.

we had to pay 10 dollars to park overnight, i think that was really bad, we were given a room right above two big machines that were really noisy all evening and night, I really didnt like that. Overall I was quite dissapointed with the hotel, the only thing I really liked was the bar and restaurant downstairs, that was really nice, never had time to try the food, I only stopped there to look around, it was like being in the movie of Greease.

L'hotel (et en particulier le restaurant) sont décorés façon années 60 (voitures d'époques, néons, plaques décoratives, carelage a damiers) mais avouons-le l'ensemble est un peu défraichi et une remise a niveau serait la bienvenue. A noter l'absence de double vitrage (la climatisation des chambres est bruyante). L'hotel se situant au nord de miami beach, il n'y a pas grand chose aux alentours de celui-ci, il faut donc prendre soit la navette (l'après-midi seulement) soit le bus (ligne H) pour aller dans la partie commercante de Miami Beach.

From North Florida: take the Florida Turnpike, or the I-95, and then the 826 East. Turn right on Collins Avenue, continue southbound for 4 miles/6.4 km and then turn left on 87th Street.
From Miami International Airport: follow the above directions from South Florida.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. A $8.00 resort fee is charged for the chairs outside on the beach, the room safe, the shuttle service to South Beach and the Aventura Mall, as well as the wireless Internet access.

Use of the Internet Point in the lobby is not included in the price and costs $10.00 for 30 minutes.
Room service is not included in the price; charges range from $15.00 to $20.00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is done less than 3 days prior to arrival we will charge the client for the first night.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
