We stayed for a weekend trip in Hotel Engimat and we enjoyed every day. This Hotel is worth to call "a oasis in Zürich". Nice Garden,nice clean rooms and great and very friendly staff. Only ten minutes walk to lake Zürich und some more ten minutes to get to the old historical part of Zürich. Next time we will choose this hotel again, for sure.

The hotel facilities are very good and the restaurant garden environment very pleasant. Our room was large and clean and the very secure garage is a real bonus. The hotel was though further away from Zurich centre and the old town than the perception I had from the website. All in all, a very good hotel.

I THOUGHT THE ROOMS IN HURGHADA (EGYPT) WAS BIG BUT THIS ROOM BEATS THEM BY FAR!

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Use of the private garage is not included in the price and costs CHF 15,00 per night.
Transfers to/from the airport are subject to charges and cost CHF 19,00 for 1 person and CHF 25,00 for two persons.
ADSL Internet access is not included in the price and costs the same as a local call.
Wi-Fi Internet access is subject to charges and costs CHF 9,00/30 minutes, CHF 19,00/2 hours and CHF 48,00/24 hours.
Pets are admitted at an extra charge of CHF 15,00 per night (without food).
Breakfast is included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is done less than 1 day prior to arrival we will charge the client for the first night.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
