About Hotel Bristol

Whether for culture or shopping, our hotel, with it's warm welcome and central location, is the perfect place from which to discover this wonderful city and it's idyllic surroundings.

Between 1 November 2005 to March 2006, part of our building will undergo renovation.

This portion is separate to the current accommodation facilities. Apart from some construction noise during the working hours 08.00 to 18.00, normal hotel operation will not be affected.

Very friendly and extremely helpful staffs. The location is very convenient and accessible to both train station and local transportation. The quietness of the environment is highly praiseworthy.

I just stay in Zurich for couple of days but I have to say that the location of the hotel is really good, you have the old town, pubs, restaurants, shops and everything close to you. The staff at the hotel is very kind and available. The room was very clean and nice. The bathroom was also very clean and with good shower. I liked the hotel a lot! So I reccomend you to choose Hotel Bristol if you are planning to visit Zurich.

The hotel was simple but really nice, the bedroom very clean and tidy, the breakfast area clean and the breakfast good. High competence and kindness of employees, able to speak fluent english. The prize is high for my standard but not for Zurich where, I think, is not easy to find the same quality/price ratio

How to reach Hotel Bristol

On foot from the station

Exit the station direction Bahnhofquai, cross the Bahnhofquai and cross the Bahnhof-Brücke («Station Bridge»). After the Bridge, turn left into Stampfenbachstrasse. The Hotel Bristol, 34 Stampfenbachstrasse, is on the right hand side of the street.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

The city tax is not included and costs 2.50 CHF per person per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Credit card number + expirate date is required for any valid booking. Cancellation: 24 hours in advance through the same booking system. All invoices must be settled by the arriving guests, we do not send invoice to any company or agency or charging a company's credit card as a form of payment.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
