Je venais de subir une opération de catarates donc j'avais encore des difficultés visuelles a l'aeroport j'ai eu du mal à retrouver l'emplacement du chuttle je pense que pour des cas pareils l'hôtel devrait avoir quelqu'un pour les receptionner dès l'aeroport et une fois arrivé à l'hôtel j'ai également eu beaucoup de mal à trouver quelqu'un qui s'exprimait en français ou en espagnol....

I stayed one night at Allegra, nice and clean hotel outside the city but just next to trainstation and it only take 20 mins to get to the downtown. On the other hand, receptionist was careless and rude.. she was the only stuff i got in touch with, so can not blame on everyone.

I looked for some place really close to the airport of Zurich, and Allegra was. With the car it took us 10 minutes from going into the car until being parked at the airport parking. They offer a free bus service from/to the airport. For once, the duvet at an hotel was big enought for my heigh (1.90m)!!

Hotel is very close to the airport and train station not much around it... but if you need overnight stay on the lay over in Zurich and dont care much about sightseeing this is great place to stay!

Very inovative hotel....blackout/soundout shade on exterior windows. Spacious triple room, comfortable beds. Nice lounge and fine breakfast room. Free Wifi would have been nice. Very convenient to airport....free shuttle is a plus.

Great Value for money Only 10 minutes train to ZurichBahnhof Station (departing Kloten station in front of the hotel, roundtrip ticket 12 chf each, kids for free). Much better than driving in town and pay expensive parking fees if you want to shop in Zurich's Bahnhofstrasse Surprisingly quiet in the hotel room I stayed in.

How to reach Hotel Allegra
By car
Take the highway in direction of the airport, exit at Glattbrugg-Kloten and turn right in direction of Kloten. At the second traffic light drive straight ahead. At the third traffic light turn right.
By train
Kloten is connected to Zurich main railway station by express train S7. Trains leave every 30 minutes until midnight. The hotel is easily reachable on foot by the train underpass.
By bus
Kloten local bus stops right in front of the hotel. You can also take this bus to the airport.
By airplane
A free shuttle service to/from the airport is available (according to the schedule) every 25 minutes.

The piano bar, considered the heart of the property, can accommodate up to 52 guests, offering the perfect place to relax listening to smooth piano music.
Here you will be served an assortment of national and international refreshing drinks, cocktails and snacks. Warm dishes are offered from 11 a.m. until 1.30 p.m. and in the evening from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m.
The piano bar is open from 11 a.m. until 1 a.m.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is free of charge only for guests staying at the hotel, otherwise it costs CHF 10,00 per day.
City tax is not included in the price and costs CHF 2,50 per night/person and has to be paid directly in the hotel.
Wi-Fi Internet access is not included and costs CHF 0,60 per minute.
Modem access is not included and costs the same as a local call.
