Utterly impressed with the hotel and we will stay again if our travels take us back to Zermatt. We had the simpler room, but it still had a nice view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was varied and good. Staff very helpful and pleasant (great restaurant recommendations). Hotel is about a year old - so everything is practically "new". For us, being about 8 minutes minutes walk from downtown was perfect (away from the crowds).
