On a fourteen day trip through Austria and Switzerland we picked out 4 star hotels throughout. The Antares was by a long way the bad one of a very nice bunch. We were "upgraded" to a Junior Suite, which was on the top floor, but it was like being in a tent with severely sloping roof. The shower was over the bath, but also on a slope, so it was impossible to use. Breakfast was hopeless with a lot of soiled linen piled on tables. We would definitely not return and Venere should downgrade to 2 star. The only good thing was the view of the Matterhorn.
