The CERVO Hotel & Restaurant consists of 5 chalets with totally 26 spacious guest rooms, 1 junior suite and 4 suites.
All of the chalets contain a private wellness area with sauna, steam bath, massage shower, foot bath and relaxation area with fireplace and direct access to the terrace. Each chalet can also be reserved as a single unit and offers accommodation in Zermatt for up to 10 guests.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 30 days before date of arrival are free of charge.
Up to 15 days before date of arrival will be charged at 50% of the total price.
Any later cancellations or no-show will be charged at the full price.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
