The Hotel Badhaus is a family run spa hotel in Zell am See, located about 220 yards/200 meters from the Zell lake shore and on the access road to the town center. On foot, guests can reach it in about 15 minutes, following the nice lakeside promenade, or in about 5 minutes by bus.
This lakeside accommodation in Zell am See offers an à la carte Restaurant, a dining hall, where breakfast and half board dinner are served, a cozy hotel bar, ample parking lot, a garden terrace, as well as a play room and a play ground for children. Furthermore, there is a 450 sqm spa area with indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, sanarium and infrared cabin, which are free of charge. Beauty treatments and massages are offered too, but for a surcharge.
In winter, all the ski lifts in town can be reached within 5 minutes by the ski bus. The ski bus stops right in front of the Hotel Badhaus and takes guests to the Schmittenhöhe and the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier in 30-minute intervals. The bus is free of charge with a valid ski pass. Ski-Rental and Ski-School also come to the hotel if requested, for guests to rent ski equipment and book skiing-lessons right away.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is included in the price.
Pets are allowed for an additional charge and cost €6,00 per day, without fodder.
Use of the wireless Internet access is not included in the price and costs €2,00 for 30 minutes and €15,00 for 24 hours.
Use of the ample spa area is free of charge for hotel guests.

To fix the reservation a deposit payment of 30% of the total amount will
be charged to the given credit card details.
In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival or No Show 90% of
the total amount will be charged!
