Hotel Paris Centro - Zaragoza

The hotel we booked was full so we were placed in a top floor apartment nearby without air conditioning and skylights. As the temperature outside was over 35 degrees this was made the apartment unbearable. Despite requesting an air conditioned room or at the very least a fan the manager/owner was extremely unhelpful. Fortunately a desk clerk offered us a small 2 bed (we were a group of three) smoking room which was at least cooler but our fee remained the same.

Air conditioning was not connected, and they gave me no solution for this, but opening the window. As a result of that, all the noises of the night were audible inside the room. Noisy neighbours arrived late by night, with children running and shouting. I really had a hard night.

At the hotel made a mistake in the cost of the room. Fortunately we noticed it and they corrected the mistake. Only few persons spoke english.

We were a party of eight in three rooms, we found the hotel very clean but basic. It forfilled all our needs, clean bathroom and although what seemed like camp beds were quite comfortable.People comment of a smell in the hotel but I think the smell is throughout the city. Breakfast was ok but basic Cheese,ham, bread, and drinks. Overall I thought the hotel was Excellent value for money.

The room was clean and hotel is close to the little city centre. But hotel surroundigs were not good and the room was really, really little. Besides the parking of the hotel was full so we had to put the car in another garage. Unfortunately...one night is enough!

Nice hotel, polite staff...What else is needed for short staying? Everything was OK

Quiet hotel not very far from the centre of the city. A good quality/price ratio.

Very pleasant stay. Some rooms don't have windows, though - beware. Breakfast nothing to write home about.

This hotel is impossible to find on a pedestrian street. Parking is blocks away. We checked in and immediately checked out and found another hotel. There was a huge hole in the wall, the faucet in the bathroom was broken off, the window which opened to the fire escape was opened, the chair was in the closet. I arrived with my two daughters and didn't feel it was in a safe area of town. We drove to Barcelona instead. Do not stay here.

I asked explicitely for a twin bedded room. Asked via reservation Asked via phone call the day prior to departure. Asked via phone call the day of the departure. At the arrival the room was with a king bed and no option to have a twin bed :(

Para entrar en la calle hay que subir a la acera. No es tan fácil llegar. Es mejor aparcar en el parking C. Augusto que es el que contrata el hotel. El personal es muy amable.
