The Movie Hotel is located in the capital of the Republic of Croatia, Zagreb. The hotel enjoys a strategic position near the intersection of two of the city's main arteries Ljubljanska av., going from the eastern parts of Zagreb to the West, and Savska cesta, connecting the city center with the South, across Jadranski most bridge.
In front of the Movie Hotel there is a tram station and it is excellently connected to all parts of the Zagreb. It only takes 15 minutes by public transportation to get to the main city square, making the Hotel a perfect base for visiting the Croatian capital, or to get to any part of it.
The hotel lobby hosts the popular The Movie Pub, where you can eat and enjoy top live music everyday in the evening hours. In basement of the Movie Hotel in Zagreb, there is an excellent wine cellar named The Movie Wine Gallery, where guests can taste the best Croatian wines, while listening to folkloric Tamburica and Klape music. Moreover, the Hotel features private parking facilities and wireless Internet access.

Not a bad little hotel. Tram stop is literally outside the door and takes about 10mins to the centre. Room is big but very old furniture and keeping with the theme of the hotel we had a big photo of John Cusak above our bed - slightly strange. Lift - I did not dare get into, it was that small but there are stairs. It's in a building that also has regular residential flats on other floors. Great breakfast - the bread was super.

a great location, with a very english pub feel to it. open late every night until about 2. great access into town with a tram stop right outside. Rooms were more than adequate for the price, breakfast was basic but fine, only downside was that there was no internet connection in the rooms - although wifi was available to use if you had a laptop in the bar area for free of charge.

The hotel was way distant from downtown. Don't trust google maps. However Zagreb is served by a decent tram system. Sat TV was not working. No free internet access. Old air conditioning system. No proper linen for beds.
