The carpets of the rooms to be changed because it was widely used and with white spots. The breakfast consisted only in salty foods, there was nothing sweet. A 4-star hotel can not afford not to respect the customs of foreign customers

This hotel has a great location in the centre of Zagreb. If driving however it is difficult to find entry because entry is on a mall. Needed to run into the hotel and ask how to park. Parking is in a parallel street and need to buzz hotel for entry to carpark. This info should go with all bookings. Breakfast good with wide choice of food. Free wifi in all rooms.Air con did not work and no attempt was made to respond to our request for it to be repaired.(very hot and stuffy)

Excellent hotel, great facilities, can not beat the location. If you are driving you must fax/email/call before hand and find out where to park as you be stuck driving around trying to find out where to go as the hotel is in a pedestrian only area.

Most professionally run hotel that I have encountered yet on my tour of Europe. Free breakfast buffet was extraordinary in it's variety of and quality. Location very centralized for touring, but if you are driving, know that you cannot just drive up to the lobby as it is right in the pedestrian square. GPS may not be much help here, but an updated Google map zoomed to detail will help; Google actually tags the Hotel Dubrovnink on it's map at the detailed zoom level. So, you will have to park in their parking lot around the block on Praska which is a street for tram cars, but cars can drive also; it just doesn't look like it at first. Keep your eyes peeled for the small lot on the east side of Praska where there is a small sign indicating parking for the Hotel Dubrovnik. But first, you will need to advise them you are going there as there is the entry gate must be activated for passage through by the hotel personnel who can see the lot through remote video at the hotel lobby. This is good also because of the 24 hour surveillance at the site.

Excellent location right on the main square in Zagreb, but difficult reachable by car, even for the car navigation. The parking, near the hotel is hardly recognisable. The building has a post-socialist interior, but rooms were clean and large. Reach breakfast in the restaurant, helpful and friendly staff. In my opinion this is the best choice for one night stay in Zagreb, because you can find anything you want in a five minutes walking distance.

Verry nice hotel. Good parts: In the city center, verry clean rooms, AC, peopels are nice and kind, good breakfast, minibar in the room, exchange office at reception, payed parking. Bad parts: in the pictures is only the front side, the enterance is on side in the back on another wing, one guy from the reception don`t want to make us the money exchange even we told him that we stay in the hotel. We had to threaten him and we got results. Without the bad parts I recomand this hotel for a nice and no worry holiday.

This hotel is just in the city center. you may find what ever you need in a five minutes walk. Also the staff is very helpful. they even bought our train and bus tickets before our arrival. if you send them an e-mail about your request they would help you for sure. However you should write exactly what you want. We ask for a train ticket with a sleeping wagon but our tickets was for compartment. Except this everything was perfect

I was with my husband in Zagreb on our honeymoon, our first time there and we were looking for a centrally located hotel. We could not have asked for a better location and hotel. The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious enough (for Europe they were quite nice). There was a tv in the room and minibar. The hotel was literally in the center of everything in Zagreb. The city is very walkable and it was nice to be able to walk out our front door and be right there -- only used the trams once. The breakfast was great - assortment of fruit, breads, meats, yogurt, cereal, etc. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. Guests also have 24-hr access to two computers with internet access (free of charge). Great convenience for staying in touch with family or looking up directions, etc. The hotel is more expensive than some others we considered but for the location and services, I think it was worth it.

In my opinion the hotel is the best choice for one night stay because it is in the very center of the Zagrep. You can find anything you want in a couple of minutes walking distance. But the quality of the hotel is a little bit poor. It needs renovation.

The hotel has a Soviet chic decor but was exceptionally clean and the location was perfect. Rooms were very large. Breakfast was good from a big buffet in their restaurant. hundreds of cafes and lots of shopping were out the front door. The hotel is in a pedestrianized area so there was no traffic noise. Tram stop is in the front of building The train station was a short cab or tram away. This was a big hotel and worked well for our party of 7.
