Booked accomodation with yourselves I booked two double rooms for a family of four. No facility on your website to include children however I wanted interconnecting rooms so presumed booking two double rooms might suffice. Unable to book with hotel website that night. I contacted hotel to confirm we were infact getting interconnecting rooms which we need. However our invoice stated four adults. We were party of two adults and two children. This only came to light last week when we enquired about another stay later in 2009 that one room need only be booked for family. You did not have this facility. It does appear that we paid for four adults rather than family. I have contacted hotel but have had no satisfaction.
