far from centre town (by tram it costs E 2 per person) I asked for a no smoking room and they didn't give me it! People don't speak english!

Leider ließ sich die DEUTSCHE Variante nicht anklicken. Ich war im Prinzip mit Allem zufrieden. Sehr herzlich wurdem wir empfangen, die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war sehr gut, ... Am Abend machte ich einen Mitarbeiter im Hotel auf ein lautes Maschinengeräusch im Zi 312 aufmerksam. Dieser bestätigte später, dass er nun Kühlaggregate abgeschaltet habe. Das Geräusch war auch tatsächlich weg, fing aber in der Nacht gegen 4.30 Uhr wieder an. Als ich am nächsten Morgen eine andere Mitarbeiterin darauf aufmerksam machte, zuckte die bloß mit den Schultern und überspielte murmelnd meine Anmerkung. Das finde ich sehr schade, da mir der Aufenthalt bis dahin eigentlich gut gefallen hatte. Da man nicht weiß, ob beim nächsten Besuch in Ihrem Hotel wieder Kühlaggregate laufen, muss ich leider von einem nächsten Besuch absehen. Schade!

Hotel is located close from the motorway but a bit far from the city main attractions. Staff very professional, free internet, very good breakfast. The rooms are clean, nice shower, just a bit noisy in the evenings.

We were very tired from traveling and we rented a car so had a few problems finding the hotel. We accidently went into the wrong room at first (the door was open) and it was very small and had seem better days. When we got into the correct room though it was quite nice. We were in a newer section that was non smoking. I even liked the green bathroom!

A nice hotel but is rather far from city centre and sights. It does however have a tram system right outside the door. Restuarants also far from hotel. As is built on a main road it is very noisy at night. Another setback is that breakfast is not included in the price. They do however assist with laundry. Friendly staff.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Very glad to stay in such a nice place.

From any motorway, take B19 Kantstraße in direction of Würzburg-Heidingsfeld. Turn right after the Esso petrol station and you will see the drive-in to the hotel. The hotel is located opposite the NEUBERT furniture store.
