Staff welcoming and helpful. Snack in bar of Jacket Potato with Hot chilli was almost inedible. Cold, poorly presented - appeared to be straight out of a tin. Bedroom clean but bathroom needs total revovation - check under the taps!

this was our first time in wigan we were on a weekend for darts competition we found the hotel in an excellent location staff very competent and friendly would definately recommend to others and would certainly return many many thanks for a pleasureable stay
