Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn - Wengen

A wonderful stay for us. Our balcony view was superb, and breakfast each morning delicious with many choices. Each evening, after hiking, we enjoyed relaxing in the Wellness Center. We would recommend a stay at the Victoria Lauberhorn in Wengen, Switzerland.

My entire family loved our stay at the Lauberhorn. The staff was courteous and after a long day of hiking in the Alps the pool and spa were fabulous. We also were very impressed with the restaurant, both the food and the service. We give the Victoria Lauberhorn a "10."

We spent a week in Victoria Lauberhorn Hotel in August 2009 and we were very comfortable. The hotel is well located and acoustically isolated, next to the station and once in the center of the quiet village (at least in summer) of Wengen. The town is located in the beautiful valley of Lauterbrunnen midway of the Jungfrau and is free of motor vehicles. To get the Wengen people must do it in a train that starts from Lauterbrunnen. The stay covered the room and breakfast (large, varied and good). Also could use the spa at the hotel very well conditioned and worthwhile advantage. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. If I have to point out any objection it would be the price but stay in hotels in Switzerland is expensive comparing prices with Spain. Despite this I recommend staying at this hotel. We traveled three couples and all were very happy.

It was excelent, with rooms with a mountain view, friendly staff; the food in the restaurant was of good quality as well. The only thing was that i had been told the mountain view room was free, but i had to pay extra for it, at check out.

Person at the reception welcomed us rebukingly, and said good-by to us with unfriendly manner. Never stay again!

I stayed at the hotel with my wife. I took part at the Jungfrau Marathon, so it was really important to be near Interlaken. My wife could cheer in the competition in Wengen, which is a really beautiful village up in the mountains. Parking in Lauterbrunnen (the place where you should leave your car) costs 9 francs per day (24hrs) & the last train goes at midnight, so it's really easy to get access to the hotel. The breakfast is magnificient, the rooms are nice, just as the view, I can only recommend it to everyone!
